Cold Beetroot Soup Conference

One early sunny summer day Ruta, Karolis and Ieva felt very hungry and demotivated being far away from each other, so agreed to remember old time activities. Keeping in mind the awesome spirit of project, we made Latvian team to remember us and have an online meeting. ;)

Our lovely boy supplied us with glasses of vine for a great piece of luck creating ideas for mini project. And here comes the awesome phrases as: "Kur Austris?" which means the same thing in both - Latvian and Lithuanian - languages (en. Where is Austris?).

However vine gave us some good ideas but didn't fill up our stomach (especially our lovely boy, as you see in pictures). So we killed two birds with one stone by collecting information and illustrations of the most common summer recipe for www.gr8cook.org !

So this special meeting day became the "Day of Cold Beetroot Soup Conference" day.
