End of the begining

Today first phase of the 'Idea, motivation, action!' ended. When I'm writing these words, you are on your way to home. I'm back in Olsztyn and our place in Purda remains empty, waiting for next, exciting project.

I saw you crying at the last day of workshops and I must confess that it's the nicest thing for coordinator. It proofs that you really enjoyed the project and it wasn't for nothing.

I also saw The Change in you. Remember, that The Change is the process, which must be taken care of. Hopefully, thanks to 'Idea, motivation, action!', you will be more aware of it.

You should cross your fingers for Polish-Romanian team as they want to make a kind of second part of 'Idea, motivation, action!'. If those efforts will be successful - we will be able to meet again.

There are also some things, which will be added in couple of days (or weeks) - gallery and description of the project and methods used. Also, about half of August films from the project should be finished.

Feel free to leave here your comments, suggestions etc. You can use this space to inform about your mini-projects and progress in realization of them.

Error 503

Sometimes, when you want to access blog (or log in) you get Error 503. It is google issue and I can't do nothing about it. But you need only to reload the page, sometimes a couple times and everything will be ok.

Important note: before you click 'Publish', select all your post and copy it. Otherwise, if you get error 503 all your work may be lost.

In the begining...

Ones upon a time there was the Petkus (KTU project coordinator..but doesn't matter). He had been ignored.... dohh, this is not that important as we are. =D

So, let's start from the begining.

There is our lovely boy, Karolis :) He is responsible for basketball results in Lithuania. Actually, now he is dealing with results of LTU and SRB match.

















There is Ieva, who is responsible for blog writing and making water-pipe. She is not worried about preparing stuff, because everything is done.














Let's meet Rūta, the best team leader. She is always worried about thing to be done. Rūta, don't worry, be happy for team working :D

















So, that is how we have been preparing for training course "Idea, motivation, action".

Please note that on 16.07 we are going for the trip to Grunwald. Therefore, take some waterproof coats with you. Avoid umbrellas as it might be storm also.

Yesterday, 'Short guide to Warsaw' was added. Hopefully, you will find all information you need to enjoy staying in Polish capital.

iWAM questionnaire

Today you should get links on your e-mails to fill in your iWAM questionnaire. They should be sent from e-mail address Michalina.Konkel(at)trenergia.pl with a subject 'Invitation to fill out the jobEQ questionnaire(s)'. If you don't have it in your Inbox, please check also the SPAM folder.

Please, take a while for yourself and fill in the questionnaire before you arrive on the project. It's very important part of our training course. It's great tool to find and define all of your motivation factors. We will work on the results of the test during the training course.

Normally, it costs about 50 Euro to take the test but you can do it for free, as everything is paid thanks to 'Youth in action' Programme.

So - sit comfortable and  fill in your iWAM questionnaire!

Start!

The page of the project is officialy released. So far, it has only 3 working sections: News, About the project and Info for participants. There is also "Gallery" section but it's empty. Later on, the 'Short guide to Warsaw' and 'Resources' sections will be added. Also, the site will be moved to other address on FINE server.

Here, on blog section, you - as a participants - can add posts. Please, write, how are you feeling about the project, how are going your preparations etc. You will be able to write on blog until end of the year, when the blog section will be no more editable.

Invitations were send on your e-mails. Enjoy!

PS. If you are familiar with some kind of graphic programs, maybe you could design banner to our website? The site is 860px wide.
